Can you imagine the stars that sine
Each one other worlds
All filled with people
People that look just like me

Can you imagine being by Kolob
A place so close to Heavenly Father
Somewhere His spirit is so strong

Can you imagine being a God
Having your children go down like we did
Seeing them make their mistakes
Then watching them fix them

Can you imagine sitting on your throne
Weeping for your children
Wanting to give them your hand
Just hold them and keep them on the path

Can you imagine your joy
How great will your joy be
When your children come running into your arms
Telling them they have made it home

Scripture Dream

As I sit reading my scriptures in front of me, the words start to blur. My eyes so heavy, my head goes down. Dreams flutter through my head. Suddenly, I see myself standing in a crowd. So many people yelling, some standing, to week to speak, tears streaming down their face. Where do I stand? What are they yelling? What should I do? I catch sight of a man, so far away. My eyes locked on His. His eyes tell so much. The love they carry, I’ve never seen before. There is pain and forgiveness and an undeniable amount of strength. This man I know not, yet His love reaches me so strong and warm like He’s wrapped His arms around me though we stand so far apart. The crowd I understand. “Crucify Him! Crucify Him!” My eyes still locked on His, start to cloud. Tears start to roll down my cheeks. How could anyone want to crucify a man filled with so much love? Can’t they look in His eyes and feel what I do. I start to realize that this man I know. I read about Him every time I read my scriptures. In every church meeting he is taught. Tears streaming down my face, this is my savior! He suffered for me and now I see Him about to be put on a cross to die. We will die for me, that I might be with Him again. Someone is yelling with as much strength that they could muster. The words so clear, “Can’t you feel His love! He is my Savior, my Brother, and my Best Friend. How can you yell ‘Crucify Him!’?” These words are pleading. The pain and tears in their voice I hear. As I realize this voice is mine. I am pleading. I see no one listening to my words. My Savior was taken, beaten and spit upon. He was put on a cross and he died. A small voice, I hear, tells me so clear, “My child you have a way to return home! The love you felt will always be there. Oh, my child, your brother has marked the path for you. Follow it and come home unto Me.” My face wet from tears, I open my eyes. My scriptures in front of me, the story there is the one I just saw.

A strong wave hitting hard
I waver along my path

Rain beating down
I fall on my path

Hail bruising my skin
My feet stay on my path

Winds blowing strong, lifting my feet
But my hands hold tight to the rod

Friends calling me away
My hands white from strength holding to the rod

Music playing loud
I let go to dance

A friend takes my hand
We slowly dance away from the path

A princess wishes to be just a child
The two meet and switch places
Enjoying the life their eyes were opened to
How wonderful it would be to
Let children choose where
They would be born
Oh wait, we do choose
We will all be Queens and Kings
If we live worthily

Pain in my heart, I feel it there
There for a friend in times of trials
A friend so far away it’s hard to comfort

Oh how at times I wish to fix
All the problems in the world
Especially for those I love and hold
So dear to my heart

Pain in my heart, I feel it there
There for a friend in times of sorrow
A friend with pain deep, hiding from all things

Oh how at times I wish to fix
All the problems in the world
Especially for those that hurt the heart

Pain in my heart, I feel it there
There for friends all around me
A friend I have, so full of love
Reaching out to me

Oh how I wish to fix
All the problems in the world
Especially when I forget my friend

I walk these halls
White and pure they represent
To think who’s walked
These halls before me

All those righteous
Brothers and Sisters coming for themselves
Coming for family gone long before
The work we’ve all done
The help provided

Those who walk these halls
How righteous they must be

To think this hall
Jesus could have walked
Just seconds before me

Someday when I walk these halls
To think I could see
Jesus standing before me

To take His hand an be lead
Oh, to sit by His side
And be taught, plain and pure
The mysteries of God

I walk these halls
White and pure they represent

The light in my eyes
There is no more
I see it in those around me
Those teaching me

The smile on my face
There is no more
Everywhere I turn
Smiles all around me

Where did my heart go
Oh Father, I want Thy light
I want to know true happiness again

What should I do
My heart ache without Thy light
Oh take my hand Father
Lead me back to Thy path

An idea in my head
The hymnal, oh how I love to sing
I reach for the book
Flipping through page after page
Singing the songs there
Songs filled with messages
That seam to be just for me

Jesus is the son of God
He came here to save me
What love He has for me
I have a Father and Mother in Heaven
Me, a child of God
Joseph Smith was truly a Prophet
We have a Prophet on Earth now
Heavenly Father loves me
He knows the desire of my heart

As I sing these songs
Tears rolling down my face
My heart is lifted

I have a chance to return to Him!
